Managing Orders - Part 1 (Accept, or reject orders from a single panel)

In this guide we'll focus in managing orders as they flow to your dashboard. Especially we will learn how to accept, or reject orders from the dashboard without viewing the details of the order.

* Login to the online Twerlo Fooder Platform using you login credentials: https://admin.gofooder.com/login

Once you login by pointing your cursor to the panel on the left as you can see on the following screen, you'll be presented with the following screen along with the following order details:
  1. Customers column which contains the customer name and contact info
  2. Delivery address column which contains the address info for the customer
  3. Order Type which might be (take-away, delivery, or pickup)
  4. Order Date
  5. Total Amount for the Order
  6. Order Status which might be (Accepted, Rejected, Pending, Out_of_delivery, or Completed)



As of the customer will select his order from the shared Food Menu on his WhatsApp, the order will be in a pending status waiting for the Admin to either (Accept) or (Reject) the order based on their branch criteria for that Order. See below example in the picture.
